Case study framework

How a Juba engagement works

Every major project is documented against the same structure. Here is the anatomy of a typical skills-to-employment engagement — client names and figures appear only in verified case studies.

Challenge

An employer needs to meet skills-development and transformation commitments, but lacks the capacity to plan, run and evidence a compliant programme.

Intervention

A structured learnership and workplace-experience programme, designed around the employer's operations and SETA requirements.

Juba's Role

Advise on programme design and grant strategy; manage learners, host sites, budgets and SETA administration; implement accredited training; measure completion, competence and progression.

Investment / Scale

Scoped to the employer's mandatory and discretionary grant position, with co-funding options identified.

Beneficiaries

Unemployed youth recruited from the employer's communities, plus existing staff on upskilling pathways.

Outcomes

Learners complete accredited qualifications with workplace experience; the employer claims grants and B-BBEE recognition with audit-ready evidence.

Impact

Work-ready people in real jobs, an employer with a working skills pipeline, and a documented model that repeats.
